Examinations & Accreditations

SDR has proudly been an accredited examination centre for Trinity College London (TCL) and RSL Awards (RSL) since 2002, making us one of the longest-standing international schools in India with this distinction. Over the decades, thousands of our students have benefitted from these rigorous and globally respected certifications.

Life Beyond the Classroom

    • Indian Classical – Bharatanatyam, Kathak

    • Contemporary & Modern – lyrical, fusion, interpretive dance

    • Street & Hip-Hop – freestyle, popping, locking, breaking

    • Bollywood – cinematic choreography for stage productions

    • Choreography Training – stagecraft, formations, storytelling through movement

    • Brass – trumpet, trombone, euphonium, French horn, tuba

    • Woodwind – clarinet, flute, saxophone, Recorder

    • Percussion – snare drum, bass drum, cymbals, side drum, latin Drums

    • Bagpipes – traditional Scottish band style

    • Regular performances at parades, ceremonial events, and inter-house competitions

    • Music Production & Sound Engineering – Students compose, arrange, and record using professional-grade equipment.

    • Podcasting & Broadcasting – The GSIS Podcast is student-led, with episodes covering school events, student life, interviews, and topical discussions. Students learn scripting, voice work, editing, and sound mixing.

    • Public Speaking & Oratory – Speech, debate, compering for events, and competitive speaking.

    • Theatre & Drama – Acting, direction, stagecraft, and backstage production.

    • Scriptwriting & Storytelling – Writing for stage, audio, and video formats.
